On Flag Day, June 14, 2020, Gerry Barron, Tom Wengert and Nelson Kelly went to the Board walk and handed out US Flags and flag  coloring books to passebys click Here to see the photos.

On September 8, 2019 Chapter 1091 held its annual Picnic at Roxanna Moose Lodge. During the picnic the Chapter donated a copy of the painting "Reflections" to the Lodge. Click Here to see the Photos.

Vietnam Veterans of America Ocean City Chapter#1091 awarded a $2000 Barry Berger Memorial Scholarship to NJROTC cadet Andre M. Nieto who graduated from Stephen Decatur High School and will be attending Salisbury University.  Andre also was presented the VVA Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps National Medal for his outstanding academics and citizenship. Andre had a Weighted GPA of 5.0690, click here to see the photos.

Our VVA Chapter presented Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #2542 with a POW/MIA flag on Friday September 21, 2018, POW?MIA recognition Day (3rd Friday in September)as set by Congress and they proudly fly it every day, click here to see the photos.

On Friday March 30, 2018 Chapter 1091 Dedicated a Memorial Bench at the Worcester County Veterans Memorial commerating the 8 Worcester County Veterans KIA in Vietnam, click here to see the photos.

On Thursday September 7, 2017 at 6:00 PM on the Boardwalk in Bethany Beach by the Flagpole. A “Chair of Honor” was dedicated to honor all POW/MIA. Here are a few photos of that event, click HERE to see the photos.

On March 30, 2017 The Ocean City Chapter of the Vietnam Veterans of America dedicated a bronze memorial plaque and a granite bench to the memory of Barry Howard Berger at Town Hall.
